For years I made beef jerky form our pasture raised all natural Angus-Simmental beef for a delicious snack packed full of protein. Family and friends went wild and kept encouraging me to make more.

One night while searching the woods for a lost calf I stumbled across someone that also became very fond of my jerky. Sharing my jerky as a peace offering that night with this BIG HAIRY Fella was the start of an amazing friendship.
